Who can join
Approved influencers/advisors, vacation-rental hosts, hospitality workers and taxi drivers. OTAs and other tour operators use separate commercial agreements and Contact Us.
Eligible bookings
The programme covers approved Aida-owned tours only. Packages, transfers and supplier tours are excluded. Guests book and pay Aida directly. Partners must not collect guest payments or claim to operate Aida tours.
Commission basis
Commission is based on verified eligible tour sales after guest discounts and refund adjustments, excluding the booking fee. Tours must be completed, paid and approved by Aida before commission becomes payable. Scans, clicks and pending reservations are not earnings.
Rolling tiers
Tier 1: 10%. Tier 2: 12% at US$5,000 eligible completed sales. Tier 3: 15% at US$15,000. Qualification uses the previous rolling 12 months, after eligible refunds. Tier changes apply prospectively to new bookings; existing booking rates remain unchanged. Falling below a threshold lowers qualification automatically. Aida confirms percentage changes in its booking system; pending setup is shown separately.
Guest discount perk
Tier 2 and 3 may have one uniquely named guest code, up to 5%, on eligible Aida-owned tours. No stacking with other discounts. Extras, pickup/dropoff, packages, transfers and supplier tours are excluded. Eligibility loss suspends the code; requalification retains the same code identity. Code requests require Aida setup and confirmation before use.
Payouts
Approved commissions are paid monthly, by the 15th of the following month, with a US$25 minimum approved balance. Smaller balances roll over. Partners cover actual bank or PayPal receiving fees; Aida adds no separate payout fee. Payout details must be current and payments require Aida review. The portal does not transfer money automatically.
Refunds after payout
If a booking is refunded or charged back after its commission was paid, an administrator reviews the adjustment before that commission is offset against future partner earnings. Original payout records remain intact; the adjustment is recorded separately.
Honest recommendations
Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Use accurate descriptions and only approved materials. Obtain property or employer permission for workplace, rental or vehicle placements. Do not mislead guests, impersonate Aida or promise guaranteed income.
Account and identity
Keep account access private. Passport or Curaçao ID images are delivered with application details to [email protected]. Website copies are removed after confirmed delivery or after 72 hours without confirmation; mailbox copies remain under Aida email controls. Submit your own clear identity document for application review. Administrator review shows application text and safe verification status, not uploaded files.
Support and records
Contact [email protected] for account, booking attribution or payout questions. Tier 3 unlocks direct WhatsApp support. Verified booking evidence and recorded commission history govern reconciliation; no retrospective rewriting of paid history. Material terms revisions require a new acknowledgement.
