Do I need to collect payments or run the tours?
No. Referral partners recommend Aida tours; guests book and pay directly. Aida handles the booking and experience.
Does every booking earn a commission?
Commission applies to eligible completed bookings under your approved referral terms. Cancellations, refunds and other adjustments must be reconciled. Product eligibility will be confirmed before activation.
How do the tiers work?
Start at 10%; reach 12% at US$5,000 and 15% at US$15,000 eligible completed sales over the previous rolling 12 months. Tier 2 and 3 unlock one guest discount code up to 5%; Tier 3 adds direct WhatsApp support. OTAs and other tour operators are excluded.
How and when will I be paid?
Approved commissions are paid monthly by the 15th of the following month, with a US$25 minimum; smaller balances roll over. Partners cover actual receiving fees; Aida adds no separate payout fee. An administrator reviews any refund or chargeback commission adjustment before it is offset against future earnings. QR scans alone do not earn commission.
Can I put QR cards in my workplace or rental?
Yes, where you have permission from the property or employer. Aida can prepare partner-specific cards for approved placements.
Do I need to disclose that I earn a commission?
Yes. Make your commercial relationship clear alongside recommendations. The partner toolkit will include disclosure guidance.
