What is included?

Bottled water, beach entrance, and pickup and drop-off from eligible hotels and cruise ports are included. Lunch, gratuities and beach-chair rental are not included.

Pickup is not available from Sandals, Coral Estate, Banda Abou or Jan Thiel hotels. Check pickup arrangements before booking if you are staying in those areas.

Where do cruise guests meet?

For Mega Pier 1 or Mega Pier 2 (Tula), walk to the white tents after leaving your ship and look for the Online Reservation sign. Allow around 5–10 minutes for the walk.

For Mathey Wharf, head to the port information stand. The Online Reservation sign is nearby, around a two-minute walk from your ship.

Look for our representative holding an Aida Travel Services sign. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your confirmed departure. This is a designated port meeting point, rather than collection at your ship’s gangway.

Read our Curaçao cruise-port guide for more meeting-point information. If you cannot find our representative, contact our team; cruise guests can also go to the port security building to make a free assistance call.

Hotel pickup

Pickup normally takes place 15–30 minutes before the tour begins, depending on your location. Our team may contact you if an earlier pickup is needed.

What should you bring?

  • Comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat.
  • Your booking confirmation on your phone.
  • Cash or a payment card for personal purchases.
  • Swimwear, a towel and a change of clothes for beach time. A waterproof pouch can help protect valuables.

Accessibility and booking

This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Review the current practical information on the tour page and contact us before booking if you need help deciding whether the route suits you.

Allow time for the five-hour tour, walking to the port meeting point and your ship’s all-aboard requirements. Confirm unusual port schedules with our team before booking.

Book through the Curaçao Beach and Hato Caves Tour page for current availability, price and booking conditions.
