Cancellation and refund conditions

You may cancel at least 48 hours before your tour or service starts and receive a refund of the service amount, less the non-refundable processing charges described below.

For guest-requested cancellations, a 15% deduction covers PSP payment processing, bank charges and currency conversion associated with the original payment and refund transaction. These costs are not refunded. This deduction is separate from the 1.25% Bókun booking fee included in displayed tour prices.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your tour or service are not refundable, except when your cruise ship skips the port or your flight is cancelled. Eligible refunds remain subject to the non-refundable processing charges above.

To request a cancellation or refund, email info@aidatravelservices.com with your booking details.

If Aida cancels your tour, you receive a full refund without the 15% deduction. This includes cancellations because the minimum group size is not met.
